Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Nothing Beats Coffee! We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy on purchase options and cancellations below.


1. Purchase Options

  • We offer one-time purchases and, where applicable, subscription-based purchases for select products.
  • Subscription purchases are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected frequency (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Customers can manage their subscription preferences, including updates and cancellations, through their account portal.

2. Order Cancellations

  • One-Time Purchases:

    • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at nbc@nothingbeatscoffee.com.au for any changes.
    • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Subscription Orders:

    • Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
    • If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but future shipments can be adjusted or canceled.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled charge to avoid being billed for the upcoming order.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Subscription charges that have already been billed are non-refundable, but customers can modify future orders as needed.
