Colombia Camilo Enciso El Triunfo Bourbon Washed 200G
About the Bean
The Enciso Franco family has owned El Triunfo since June 2014. Camilo Enciso is a regional leader and a great advocate for cooperatives in Planadas. He is focused on maximizing the potential of Planadas within Colombia's coffee lands.
From the El Triunfo farm in Colombia’s Planadas region, this washed Bourbon coffee is a testament to Camilo Enciso’s dedication. As a leader of the ASOPEP cooperative and a third-generation farmer, Camilo has nurtured this coffee at 1,875 meters above sea level. The Bourbon variety shines with bright notes of citrus, caramel, and a hint of chocolate, finished with a clean, crisp acidity.
Processed using the washed method with spring water, the cherries are fermented, then dried meticulously on wooden floors and multi-tier racks for 20-35 days. Rooted in the volcanic soils of Planadas, this coffee reflects sustainable traditions. Ideal for filter or espresso, it’s a taste of Colombian tradition in every cup.
